Matt was born and raised in Cook County, Georgia. Matt completed his undergraduate education at the University of Georgia (BA '05). In 2008, Matt obtained his Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. Matt co-founded Bennett and Connell, LLC in 2009.
Matt has been practicing law since 2008, having worked on both sides of the courtroom as a prosecutor, defense attorney, and also civil litigator.
Matt serves as the Solicitor of the Probate Courts of Cook, Lanier, and Atkinson Counties. Matt is also the Solicitor for the Municipal Courts of Nashville, GA, Ray City, GA, and Homerville, GA. He is a member of the Georgia Bar and is admitted to practice in the the Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. Matt is a member of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, and is a member of the Alapaha Circuit Bar Association. Matt is also on the Board of Directors for the Adel-Cook County Chamber of Commerce.

Daniel was born and raised in Cook County, Georgia. Daniel completed his undergraduate education at Georgia Southern University, receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree from Georgia Southern. In 2008, Daniel obtained his Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. Daniel co-founded Bennett and Connell, LLC in 2009.
Daniel has been practicing law since 2008. Daniel is the County Attorney for Cook County. Daniel has extensive experience in both the courtroom and real property transactions. Daniel is a member of the Georgia Bar and is admitted to practice in the the Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court and is a member of the Alapaha Circuit Bar Association.
Daniel serves on the State Bar Board of Governors as a representative from the Alapaha Judicial Circuit. Daniel is on the Board of Directors for the Greater Cook County Area Boys and Girls Club and also serves on the Board for the Alapaha Judicial Circuit Advisory Panel for the Public Defender's Office.
